The blocking method of the split mold is different from that of the flat mold. The main method is to change the metal distribution amount by adjusting the line of the split hole, thereby changing the metal flow rate. When the inlet angle of the core is increased, the metal flow rate decreases, and vice versa, the metal flow rate increases.
